Register an exhibition

If you want to contribute an exhibition, please send the following data to anmeldung@vcfb.de:

• title of the exhibition,
• name of the exhibitor,
• postal address (so we can pre-print the exhibitor contracts),
• e-mail address (only used for contacting you, won't be published),
• description of the exhibition (used on the website and in the event program),
• required space (in tables or square meters, our tables measure 70cm*70cm),
• required power connection (e.g. 5 Schuko sockets or 16A 3-phase power),
• planned time of build-up (e.g. Friday after 18:00 or Saturday morning),
• consent to the privacy policy for participants (German),

and optionally

• required network connection,
• required display walls (we can't guarantee we'll have enough display walls, but it helps with planning),
• favored stand position (e.g. close to $exhibition),
• misc.
