Register an exhibition

If you want to contribute an exhibition, please send the following data to anmeldung@vcfb.de:

title of the exhibition,
name of the exhibitor,
e-mail address (only used for contacting you, won't be published),
description of the exhibition (used on the website and in the printed event program),
required space (in tables or square meters, our tables measure 70cm*70cm),
required power connection (e.g. 5 Schuko sockets or 16A 3-phase power),

and optionally

required network connection,
required display walls (we can't guarantee we'll have enough display walls, but it helps with planning),
favored stand position (e.g. close to $exhibition),
misc.
